spring has sprung

Maybe we’re a little early as spring isn’t for a couple of weeks, but yesterday afternoon, Ottawa had its first taste. Its lovely what some warm weather can do; the streets were busier than ever, and everyone seemed to be in great spirits. We even snapped a few photos of some stylish people, for our Street Style features!

There are so many great things to see and do in the Market, but one of the best reasons is that there is no shortage of dessert shops, if you have a sweet tooth. Being some of those people, we couldn’t resist stopping for a decadent treat at The Moulin de Provence. Fun fact about us: every time we go out to eat, we make a friendly bet of who’s going to place the better order. Katherine won this time – you can’t go wrong with a classic chocolate cheesecake.

We’re in love with refreshing pastels and pops of colour this season. What are you most excited to wear this spring?

Thank you! We’re so glad that you like our photography. Since it’s been getting warmer, we’re starting to shoot outside and using different settings. Plus, we’ve experimented with a new lens for this post too, so we really appreciate the feedback 🙂 Also, thanks for the nod about my purse!
