spring fits: cropped pants and peplums
With exams right around the corner, we’re starting to prepare for our bi-annual quarantine with our books. But before we buckle down, we have a bunch of awesome collaborations to share with you guys – from product reviews with unique designers, to projects with local photographers, we’re super excited for the next few weeks.
Whenever we think spring fashion, what often comes to mind are pastels and vibrant colours. But don’t forget about fit!
For the gents, after having your pants tucked into your boots all winter, cropped pants showing a bit of ankle or colourful socks are cropping up everywhere (pun intended!). For the ladies, we’re all tired of hiding under cardi’s and chunky sweaters; peplum tops paired with a mini skirt are an ultra chic way to jazz up your spring wardrobe and highlight your feminine features.

CJ&Katherine, you two always have such impeccable style! Katherine, I notice you always seem to have such lovely tights, where do you get them? I’m afraid mine are stuck in solid color territory haha

Thanks Theresa! Tights are my go-to accessory for the winter, especially since it gets so cold here and I can’t sacrifice wearing dresses and skirts 🙂 I get most of my patterned tights from Forever21, Urban Outfitters, and ALDO. American Apparel has really nice ones too, but they’re a bit pricier!
