We recently stumbled upon Lucaca, a little gem in the Byward Market. You all know how much I love my accessories — so much so, that I feel naked when I leave the house without a necklace or earrings! So you can imagine my surprise when we walked into this fresh store, designed like a every girls’ dream closet.
