It’s a scary thought, but the seven months of winter in Ottawa has officially begun. We wish we were exaggerating, but the temps plummet below zero beginning in November, and based on last year’s extended season, doesn’t reach real spring weather until June. Layering is now officially a necessity, rather than something we do for fashions-sake.
