styling on the fly: Roadtrip collaboration

This time, we’ve teamed up with Roadtrip, a popular and eclectic boutique in the heart of the Ottawa Byward, to bring you guys and gals some summer/fall outfit inspiration! Roadtrip is our fave spot in the Market for top brands and also indie designers. They handpick and sell pieces in limited quantities, so you can be confident knowing you’re leaving with something unique that suits your personal style – something we can get behind!

We’re big fans of Roadtrip‘s take on everyday wear, which can be described as laid-back yet fashionable. We love how Roadtrip has fused the two, by keeping their selection super fresh and stocking their shelves with clothes that you’ll get a lot of use out of.

When we were shooting this post, we were given full reign of the store to style ourselves head-to-toe, in 10 outfits of Roadtrip‘s merch! We’re totally in love with everything we came up with, and there is quite literally something for everyone here.     Parcel bow back blouse | Mavi Serena Ankle Flow pants | Roadtrip necklaces is definitely my favorite! It looks chic, simple yet elegant, and the back of the shirt is absolutely stunning, shows of the curvature of the back and tattoo. Matched with the floral pants, and the puppy, this is a classic and beautiful look! Definitely my favorite!

    My favorite look ha got to be the Elizabeth Berkeley English skirt… Because well, I’ve designed a skirt just like it and it feels effortlessly well put together here with the cotton gown, the Ankara effect that you will just always love on a sunny day. The mantinique eval belt stole first place too because it just flows with the white pants. I love the way it was worn to seem cuffed at the ankles. part 2 has really cool man styles but I know I’d rather be in these than any of those. Face it! The colour tones here.. the bag,A bit darker than the faded blue in the penguin Stan denim shirt.A touch of leather on the belt.The smooth feel of the whole look caused by the glasses and the shoes. The shoes!!! Can I get the shoes?

    My favourite outfit would be the parcel bow back blouse paired with the Mavi Serena ankle flow pants! I love patterned pants and the soft colors are perfect for the warm days we’ve been having. Effortlessly beautiful:)

    I also love the Park Lane floral tank! Symmetrical prints are always so flattering.
