Express launches their new Bayshore location!

Amazing news for style appreciators and the fashion savvy in the capital city — on May 17th, Express launched their first location here in Ottawa, at Bayshore Shopping Centre! Last week, we spent a fabulous evening with the NYC Express team and some media personalities that you’re probably familiar with.

The evening begun with a toast to the new launch, followed by a VIP shopping experience courtesy of Express. The store’s theme is fresh and modern, and carries mens and women’s styles for casual, business and party looks. They also carry shoes, accessories, and bags for the ladies, and funky socks and underwear for the gents, really making Express a one-stop-shop. Convenience meets style… we can totally get behind that.

What really stood out to us was the great fit of the clothes. Its not often that either of us can shop off the rack. Being petite, its often difficult for Katherine to find clothes that suit her proportions. Three of us even ended up trying on the same dress, and it looked great on each body type!

CJ likes slim fit and refined pieces, and always has to bring in his clothes to get tailored. We each left with a bag full of goodies that we don’t plan to get altered — need we say more?

We finished off the night with a three-course dinner and drinks at Play Food and Wine in the Market. It was an amazing night on the town, and it was so lovely to chat with new and old friends alike.
