shades of blue & soft hues
Regardless of the season, we never grow tired of blue. In the winter, we gravitate towards royal and navy blue, but we’ve really been feeling softer hues as of late. As a self-professed girly girl, Katherine’s mix of florals, lace, and chambray made for a flirty spring outfit. CJ kept his outfit cool and casual with some subtle colour blocking.
What she’s wearing Forever21 chambray shirt | Forever21 lace skirt | Forever21 floral fishnets | Thrifted heels | Thrifted rose earrings | Vintage purse
What he’s wearing Indochino pink shirt | Old Navy blue pants | Thrifted shoes | H&M sunglasses | Calvin Klein leather belt | Le ChΓ’teau socks
We’ve both been getting braver with mixing prints and contrasting colours. Would you ever experiment with this?

Mixing prints is always fun! You both look like you are ready for spring. Loving those floral fishnets Katherine!

Thanks Tiffany! I used to be one of those people who were so hesitant about mixing prints, because I thought it was some “fashion faux pas”. But it makes an outfit so much more interesting!

Thanks Anna! I was a bit hesitant about breaking out the fishnets, but the floral print made them a lot more appropriate for day-wear π
Glad you took note of the socks! We think that details like socks are really what pulls together a man’s outfit.

You both look great, and I agree with you on the blues. I’m ready to go in on the blue hues this season. I love those stockings! You make them look so effortless!

Thanks girl, you are the sweetest! I have to admit though, I’ve been avoiding wearing them for years (yes, years!) since I bought them, since I didn’t really know how to wear them. I’m super pleased that you think they worked out!

Love how these heels manage to look different in these last few outfits! Definitely a great thrift purchase!
(I’m catching up on all of your recent blog posts! Yay for so many to look over!)

They’re actually becoming my favourite heels! They’re basic enough to wear with a bunch of different outfits, and are oddly super comfortable. The thrift gods were definitely with me that day haha π
Yay I’m so glad that you like our posts and that you’re enjoying scrolling through them! That’s seriously such a big compliment π

Bro, I am 100% stealing your style from this pic. P.S. The thing I like most about your blog is that you are avantgarde – as in I’ve never seen people dressed like you guys in public (except when I think I actually saw you @ Planet Coffee) and yet I like it a lot and it looks comfortical – combination of comfortable and practical.
