On Tuesday, Target launched its first location in Ottawa at Billings Bridge Mall — and we there among the first to ring in the grand opening. On Monday morning, ourselves and a bunch of other local bloggers were invited to attend a private tour of the store. This was a pretty neat opportunity, as it allowed us to learn more about the company, and get an exclusive glimpse of what the store had to offer.
