    easy tuna patties

    Being so cheap and fast to make, this tuna patty recipe has become one of our regulars. It only uses five simple ingredients and is such a good way to stretch out your groceries. Using this recipe, two cans of tuna makes 10 patties! These patties are low fat and high in protein. Using ground-up oats instead of breadcrumbs to bind the patties is also much healthier and higher in fibre. On the side, we like having these with oven baked cauliflower, as they give you an easy serving of vegetables and (don’t think we’re crazy) taste like chicken nuggets! We’re both very health-conscious and love trying new recipes (well, actually Katherine loves cooking and CJ mostly plays the role of taste tester) so here we’ll be featuring some of our food creations.
