home for the holidays
Weβve been back in the Toronto area with our families for the holidays and we canβt say enough how good it feels to be home. Lots of cheer was spread on Christmas and bringing in the new year with each other and our close friends made for a memorable time. We really hope everyone is enjoying their holiday season! Since we packed light for our short stay at home, we went to the local mall to pick up a couple items to complete our outfits. hello, old man winter
With a fresh Ottawa snowfall, an opportunity to shoot was the only thing on our minds.Β So much, that we practically bounced out the door. Even with his pullover and her cocoon sweater, Mother Nature wasn’t very forgiving. We lasted about fifteen minutes before we had to seek refuge from the whipping winds. It was much colder than we both anticipated–winter is definitely in full swing. The nearest spot was uOttawa and luckily we could let ourselves in. Though it was kind of eerie, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the deserted hallways served as a backdrop. Halfway through the shoot, CJ removed his pullover and tied it around…
