part II/II: ourMode spring/summer 2013 lookbook

Here’s part II of our Spring/Summer 2013 lookbook with Samantha Clarke Photography! For Part I of our series, we were rocking more casual attire and opting for something you could wear everyday. We decided to dress it up for our second edition of photos, but we’re still definitely not shying away from bold colours. With CJ’s green-on-green suit, and Katherine’s head-to-toe orange outfit, we’re wearing colour in a way that’s really popping this spring – monochromatic!

    I’m loving that your colours complement eachother! My favourite trends this summer are the baseball cap, skinny heels much like the ones Katherine is wearing and of course monochromatic looks! I can’t wait to try and pull off monochromatic – I think i’ll try for a cobalt blue. Keep going you guys, the looks get cuter everytime and no one can ignore your charm.

      Thanks a lot for your kind words and for your input Daura! When it comes to hats, CJ has a few caps but loves his fedoras. As for me, I’m still not sold on how I look in them (haha) but maybe I’ll give a baseball cap a try! Can’t wait to see your head to toe cobalt look, I know you’ll look fab 🙂 xo

      Thanks a bunch man. I was always a ‘slim-lapel’ kind of guy before hand but I’ve grown quite fond of the wide look. Might lead to some more experimenting!

    I loooved this post! Amazing photography and it’s crazy how the two of you rocking one color from head to toe still complemented one another’s colors. I’m amazed CJ was able to find a blazer in a color that matched his pants from Urban!
