summer trend: flower power
Befriending people that live in another country over Instagram, following each others’ fashion journeys for almost a year, then collaborating on a project for each others blog like modern-day pen pals – sounds too crazy right? Well that’s what we have lined up for you guys this time ’round, as we’ve teamed up with LA style duo and fabulous couple, Kim and Jesal of His & Hers Fashion!

Prints are IN right now, but we’re not talking about your ol’ reliable gingham and pinstripes. We’re all over bold and colourful patterns, so together we’re bringing you floral-inspired looks. Between the different sizes and textures of floral pieces, and the endless colour combos, floral is super versatile. And by that we mean, yes gents, you can and should experiment with floral too.

There you have it, floral outfits, four different ways! We hope you took away some ideas from how we each styled our looks. Remember to check out Kim and Jesal on His & Hers Fashion, and also follow them on Instagram — they’re pretty much IG celebs!

Katherine and CJ, your style is right on point. Katherine I personally love how you mixed stripes and florals so well! It’s nice reading another Canadian blog where I see items that are actually accessible. Great collab with His and Hers too!
